It was a warm(er) day yesterday & after muddling around the house for a while, I decided to meet up with Andrew in Lewes. We ended up going to the Cape Henlopen park where I've camped many a time with my family. The weather was perfect. I've missed being outside.
As the sun began to set, we stomped up the watch tower and viewed the setting sun from the top. Unfortunately, my camera can't capture that view. But, it was beautiful.
ah, what a peaceful, wonderful post! it really made me really nostalgic about us back in our dating days. the no-nothing days, just wandering around some place. antique store. book store. park. just walking and talking as the hours passed. holding hands. being completely care free and utterly happy.
ReplyDeleteI do love the view but the beach in winter makes me out of sorts. I think it is the wide open space-I like the nestling feeling of trees:-)
