Frank-Starling's Law states that, "the more the heart muscle is stretched, the more forceful the contraction and the more blood is pumped."

A fit heart works more efficiently... beats less, but delivers more blood with each beat.

One more good reason to go to the gym and exercise. Unfortunately, (1) my schedule is random enough to prevent an uniformed routine from taking place, and (2) I'm too lazy to go. So, instead, I'll sit here and eat candy.
