Voyager.

Please pray for Luke as he ventures to Africa next week. We don't want him to get stolen (or miss his family too much).

Overdue.

Congratulations to Sarah for graduating with a perfect 4.0. I'm extremely grateful that you and Faith have presented exemplary examples and thus, have set the bar high. It's a huge motivation for those of us that follow. Your hard work (countless late nights, many times where you relinquished fun events and socializing for homework, and effort to excel) has not gone unnoticed by this younger sister (nor the other one). Congratulations on your well-earned degree. I am confident that you will use your knowledge to the glory of God and I look forward to how He will use you in the years to come.

A belated happy birthday to my brother-in-law, Christmas Jared! I'm glad you and your family (minus the North Dakota siblings) were able to spend your birthday with us this year.

Last, but not least, hooray for Hope for dancing for five years straight. You've accomplished something that your older siblings never did. I wish I knew how to dance as well as you (secretly envious). You're talented in many ways and I look forward to seeing what you'll do with those gifts as the years roll by.

Sunday afternoon...

I love my family.

Footnote: I need to get some shots of Sarah, Luke and Hope!

I'm so old.

The day we spoke of as children has arrived... all too fast. It seems like just yesterday when we were in jr. & sr. high y.g. running around and acting too big for our britches. But, that was several years ago. Now most of those friends are in college and beginning to develop new lifestyles of their own. And yet, when we reunite, I feel like we're the same age as before because we're still those same children with just... a little bit more experience behind us.
