You don't always get what you want.

I have a 35 minute drive to work each day. The other day I was creeping along because of the fog that lay ahead, behind, and all around my vehicle. Throughout the drive, I enjoyed watching the cars disappear out of sight into the clouds and I desired to have a picture stopping that motion. But, instead of seeing a photograph capturing the magnificent mysteriousness of fog, I found myself looking at a reminder that I have just a few more weeks of freedom left before I have to go back to SCHOOL.
Hope has the greatest smile WHEN she smiles. She and I did some errands the other day (free Chick-fil-a, Michaels, Ollies, and Rugged Wearhouse). On our last stop, she bought this t-shirt. I thought it flattered her and she was all about it too. She asked my opinion on which color to get and I responded that I liked the pink because she doesn't have many pink things. But, she had already made up her mind to get the blue and wasn't going to be satisfied until I gave her some sort of confirmation about her choice. In the end, she ended up getting both and despite the fact that the blue one makes her eyes pop, I'm still a fan of the pink.

Anna & Luke

The neat thing about this couple is the fact that they have the same name as my brother and I. So, when someone is talking about "Anna & Luke" you better clarify which two people they are referring to lest you get the wrong idea. This past Sunday Luke and I were walking out of church and we passed Luke and Anna on the sidewalk and we were able to say "Hello, Anna and Luke" and we were not talking to ourselves.

Today is the first day I have had an ample amount of time to fool with Blogger and upload some pictures that have been waiting patiently to be displayed. Whenever Mason C comes over, I grab my camera. I've been taking pictures of his adorable face since he was a newborn. It's fun to look back at the pictures and see the progression of him slowly growing up.
